RAJASTHAN STATE COOPERATIVE SOCITIES ACT 2001
Section 36. In case of absence of provisions or inconsistency or repugnancy in the Bye-Laws of the member Unions the Bye-laws of the Federation shall prevail subject to the provisions of the Act and Rules.
