Rajasthan Dacoity Affected Areas Act, 1986
Section 13. Minimum period of imprisonment
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 11 and 12 or any other law for the time being in force, the minimum punishment for a scheduled offence shall be an imprisonment for three years.
