The Rajasthan Epidemic Diseases Act 2020
Section 8. Offences to be cognizable and bailable.
Notwithstanding anything contained inthe Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No. 2 of 1974) all offences under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable.
