Section 4. Declaration of Bureau of Investment Promotion
The existing Bureau of Investment Promotion, a society registered, under the provisions of the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958) shall be the Bureau of Investment Promotion for the purposes of this Act.
