THE RIICO INDUSTRIAL AREAS (PREVENTION OF UNAUTHORISED DEVELOPMENT AND ENCROACHMENT) ACT, 1999
Section 9. Power of the Corporation as to legal matters
The Corporation may,-
(a) institute, defend or withdraw from any legal proceeding;
(b) compound any offence under this Act; and
(c) admit, compromise or withdraw any claim made in any legal proceeding or otherwise.
