Section 14. Consolidated return under various laws

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Acts specified in the Schedule-II, the returns required to be prescribed by the State Government under those Acts and rules made thereunder, shall be furnished to the Development Commissioner annually in such consolidated form as may be prescribed. (2) The State Government may, as and when considered necessary, by notification in the Official Gazette, amend the Schedule-II and thereupon the Schedule-II shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly: Provided that when the Schedule-II is to be amended by adding an Act made by Parliament, such amendment shall be made with the prior approval of the Government of India.
