Section 38. Application of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
The provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (Central Act VIII of 1923) and the rules there under shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to every to every employee of a shop or commercial establishment.
