THE RAJASTHAN GENERAL CLAUSES ACT, 1955
Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan GeneralClauses Act, 1955.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1 date of its first publication in the Rajasthan Gazette.
