Section 20. Powers of the Authority to give directions
Notwithstanding anything contained in any Rajasthan law for the time being in force, the Authority may give such directions to any department of the State Government or any local authority or any officer or employee thereof, as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act and such directions shall be binding on such department, authority or officer, as the case may be.
