RAJASTHAN MUNICIPALITIES ACT,2009
Section 275. Burials and burial grounds.
The Municipality shall be responsible for - (a) constructing and maintaining burial grounds and cremation grounds; and (b) acquiring, maintaining, changing and regulating places for the disposal of the dead.
