The Rajasthan Lands and Buildings Tax Act, 1964
Section 15C. Tax to be first charge on land or building.
Tax shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a court or other authority, be a first charge upon the land or building.
