The Rajasthan Lands and Buildings Tax Act, 1964
Section 27. Indemnity
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, Assessing Authority, Appellate Authority or any other officer empowered under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
