Section 12. Election how made
(1) The election of members of a Board for the purposes of this Act, shall be held in the prescribed manner and the voting at such election shall be by secret ballot. (2) Each elector shall have the right of vote for each seat in the constituency in the electoral roll of which he is enrolled.
