Section 64. Subordination of Committees to Board
(1) The Board may at any time call for any extract from any proceedings of any Committee and for any return, statement, account or report concerning or connected with any matter with which the Committee has been authorized or directed to deal. (2) Every committee shall, comply with any request of the Board made under subsection (1) within forty-five days.
