THE JAIPUR WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD ACT, 2018
Section 38. Water supply for non-domestic purposes
An authorized officer of the Board may supply water for any purpose other than a domestic purpose, on such terms and conditions consistent with this Act and the regulations made thereunder.
