THE JAIPUR WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD ACT, 2018
Section 72. Disputes with local authority
Notwithstanding anything contained in any Rajasthan Law, any dispute relating to territorial or functional jurisdiction between the Board and any local authority, if not amicably settled, shall be referred to the Government and the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
