THE JAIPUR WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD ACT, 2018
Section 75. Directions by the Government
(1) In the discharge of its functions, the Board shall be guided by such directions on question of policy as may be given to it by the Government. (2) In the case of any difference of opinion as to what is a question of policy, the decision thereon of the Government shall be final.
