Section 82. Consult and seek approval of the Board
As the Board is responsible to discharge its functions under this Act within its jurisdiction, all other agencies shall consult and seek approval of the Board while planning any schemes or projects with regard to water works and sewerage works within the Jaipur Urban Area.
