Section 94. Employees of the Board to be public servants
All members, officers and employees of the Board, and any person entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).
