THE JAIPUR WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD ACT, 2018
Section 98. Immunity to the Board
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be maintainable against the Board, or any person acting under the directions of the Board or its members, officers or employees thereof in respect of anything done lawfully and in good faith and with due care and attention under this Act.
