Section 21. Appeals from orders and decisions of Registrar
21. Appeals from orders and decisions of Registrar. — (1) Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Registrar under section 15 or section 16 or section 17 or section 18 or section 20 may within thirty days of such order or decision appeal to the Council. (2) Every such appeal shall be heard and disposed of in the prescribed manner.
