Section 31. Supplementary programme and budget.
The Board may submit a supplementary programme and a supplementary budget for the sanction of the State Government in the prescribed form and the provisions of subsection (2) of section 28 and sections 29 and 30 shall apply to such supplementary programme and supplementary budget respectively.
