Section 6. Functions of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
(1) The Chairman shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
(2) The Vice-Chairman shall exercise such of the powers and discharge such of the duties of the Chairman, as may be prescribed or as may be delegated to him by the Board.
