Section 14. .TEHSUIL COMMITTEES.
1. The Board may, for any Tehsil where it considers necessary to do so, constitute Tehsil Committee consisting of not less than three and not more than seven members to be appointed by the Board. 2. The members of the Tehsil Committees shall be chosen by the Board ordinarily from amongst persons residing within the area of the Tehsil; Provided that, if no Tehsil Committee has been formed for any Tehsil, the function of a Tehsil Committee under the Act shall be performed by the Board.
