RAJASTHAN BHOODAN YAGNA ACT. 1954
Section 28. EXEMPTION FROM STAMP DUTY REGISTRATION
-The Bhoodan declaration made or deemed to be made under section 11' or an order under section 17 confirming the Bhoodan declaration or a grant of land made or deemed to be made under section 23 shall be and deemed always to have been exempt from payment of stamp duty and from registration or attestation under the law relating to registration and execution of documents, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
