Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955

Section 14. Classes of tenants

For the purposes of this Act, there shall be the following classes of tenants, (a) Khatedar tenants, (aa) Maliks, and (b) Tenants of Khudkasht, and (c) Gair Khatedar tenants.
