The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holding Act, 1973
Section 41. Declaration
It is hereby declared that the Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1973 is for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principles specified in clauses (b) and (c) of Article 39 of the Constitution of India.
