Rajasthan Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1957
Section 12. Suspension of payment of instalments
When the land revenue or rent, as the case may be, due by the debtor is suspended or remitted in whole or part, the instalment shall be suspended and shall become payable one year after the last of the remaining instalments. No interest shall be charged on such suspended instalments.
