Section 14A. Effect of declaration

(1) Upon the publication of the declaration under section 14, the area concerned shall be deemed to be under consolidation operations from the date of such publication. (2) Where any area is under consolidation operations, the duty of preparing and maintaining the map, the field book and the annual registers under Chapter VII of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956) shall stand transferred to the consolidation officer.
