THE RAJASTHAN LAND LAWS REPEALING ACT, 2018
Section 2. Repeal of certain land laws
The land laws specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed and the provisions of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955 (Act No. 18 of 1955) shall apply to such repeal.
