THE RAJASTHAN BHOODAN YAGNA (AMENDING AND EXTENDING) ACT, 1961
Section 2. Extension of Rajasthan Act 16 of 1954
On and from the date on which this Act comes into force the Rajasthan Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act 16 of 1954), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, shall be amended in the manner specified in sections 3 and 4 of this Act and shall, as so amended, extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
