THE RAJASTHAN BHOODAN YAGNA (AMENDING AND EXTENDING) ACT, 1961
Section 6. Repeal and supersession.
(1) On and from the date on which this Act comes into force,- (a) the Ajmer Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1955 (Ajmer Act 6 of 1955) shall stand repealed, and (b) all rules, regulations, orders and notifications made and issued under the Act so repealed shall stand superseded. 2) The provisions of sections 6 and 9 of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 8 of 1955) shall apply to such repeal and supersession.
