Section 17. Budget of the Fund
(1) The Board shall, within three months of its establishment and thereafter at least one month before the commencement of each financial year, prepare, or cause to be prepared, a budget for the succeeding financial year and shall consider and pass the same at a meeting before the commencement of that year. (2) A copy of the budget so passed shall be sent to the State Government.
