Section 8. Contracts
All agreements and assurances of property required to be made by the Board in the discharge of its duties under this Act shall in order to be binding on the Board, run in the name of, and be signed by, the President of the Board for and on behalf of the Board and shall, except in the cost of the Government securities for which provision has been made in section 5. remain in the Secretary of the Board.
