The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985
Section 6. Requirement of Licence
No centre in the State of Rajasthan shall be allowed to operate, unless it has obtained license from the Licensing Authority: Provided that the centre, which is operating in the State before the commencement of these rules, shall have to obtain a license under these rules within a period of three months from the date of commencement of these rules, failing which, it shall not be allowed to operate.
