Section 95. Authority for prosecutions
Unless otherwise expressly provided, no court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, except on the complaint of or upon information received from the Trust or some person authorised by the Trust by general or special order in this behalf.
95A. Cognizance of offences. - No court other than that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence against this Act..
