The Rajasthan Farmers Participation in Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000. 1[]
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 20th day of July 2000. 2[]
