Section 5. Punishment for witch craft
Whoever practises witch craft or other similar practices with intent to cause harm or injury to any person shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to three years or with fine which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees or with both.
