The Rajasthan State Commission for Women Act, 1999

Section 17. Members, Officers and employees of the Commission to be public servants

All Members, officers and other employees of the Commission shall deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provision of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 o the Indian penal code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
