The Rajasthan State Commission for Women Act, 1999

Section 21. Act no to apply in certain cases

This Act shall not apply to,- (i) the Central Government; or (ii) any public sector undertaking of the Central Government, or any other institution owned or controlled or financed by the Central Government.
