CHENNAI UNIFIED METROPOLITAN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT-2010
Section 11. Exemption from compliance.
The Government may, subject to such conditions as they deem fit, by general or special order exempt any transport agency from compliance of any of the recommendations of the Authority.
