CHENNAI UNIFIED METROPOLITAN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT-2010
Section 3. Establishment of Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority.
(1) There shall be established an Authority by the name “the Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority”. (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
