Tamil Nadu Non-Resident Tamils' Welfare Act 2011
Section 19. Board to Act as Guarantor
The Board may subject to the approval of the Government of India or of the State Government Act as a guarantor for the Non-Resident Tamils (abroad) proceeding on employment, on accepting security deposit from such Non-Resident Tamils, on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
