Tamil Nadu Non-Resident Tamils' Welfare Act 2011
Section 24. Protection of action done in good faith
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Board or Managing Director or any other Officer of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or any rule made or notification or order or the Scheme issued thereunder.
