Section 25. Enquiry into working of Board
(1) The Government may, at any time, appoint any person to investigate or enquire into the working of the Board or the Scheme and submit a report to the Government in that behalf. (2) The Board shall give the person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct of the investigation or enquiry, and furnish to him such documents, accounts or information in possession of the Board, as he may require.
