Section 10. Power of the Commission to utilise the service of officers and investigating agencies for conducting investigation.
(1) The Commission may, for the purpose of conducting investigation under this Act, utilize the services of :- (a) any other officer or investigating agency of the State Government; or (b) any other person (2) Any officer or agency or person referred to in sub-section (1) shall investigate Into the matter as directed by the Commission and submit a report thereon to the Commission within such period as may be specified by the Commission.
