Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014
Section 4. Hostels and homes not to be run without licence.
No person shall, on and after the commencement of this Act, establish, maintain or conduct any hostel, lodging house or home for women and children except under, and in accordance with a licence granted under this Act.
