Section 41. Appeal against orders of Competent Authority.
Any person aggrieved by any order, decision or direction of the competent authority made under any of the provisions of this Act, or the rules made thereunder, may within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such order, decision or direction, prefer an appeal to the appellate authority as may be prescribed.
