Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2019
Section 54. Protection of acts done in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against the Government or any officer, authority or person empowered to exercise the powers or perform the functions by or under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.
