Tamil Nadu Farmers’ Management of Irrigation Systems - Act, 2000
Section 20. Acts not to be invalidated by vacancy, etc.,
No act or proceedings of any managing committee shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of, the said managing committee.
